Product Overview

Hypro pump models 9910-D30 and 9910-D50 need this Hypro GS40GI Control Unit/Regulator for smooth, consistent sprayer functioning. Capable of flow rates of up to 21 GPM (79.5 LPM), it can withstand a maximum pressure of 580 PSI. Your new unit comes with a pressure gauge, one complete bypass lever, a 3/4" HB bypass and two 1/2" HB outlets. It also boasts the added ability for remote mounting if you purchase 9910-KIT1741.

Manufacturer description

This control unit, for mounting on pump models 9910-D30 and 9910-D50, is capable of handling flow rates up to 21 gpm (79.5 lpm) and pressures up to 580 psi (40 bar). It includes pressure gauge, one adjustable high pressure relief valve, one complete bypass lever, two 1/2" HB outlets with individual shut-offs, and one 3/4" HB bypass. Kit 9910-KIT1741 is available for remote mounting.

Installed hypro gs40gi hypro regulator

Product was very easy to install & transfer my other split plumbing to run a split tank . I like the fact the the regulator is in color I think it will be easier for me to set my psi my other one was white background. Haven’t got to use it yet to apply anything yet nor have I even check to see if it works w it being so cold out I didn’t want water in regulator or pump yet ( didn’t want to freeze ,bust & or purge all water back out. But I’m excited to get to use soon. My old regulator had failed wasnt creating pressure)
