How do I join the loyalty program?

You can sign up for free on the Sprayer Depot website. Use the same email address to sign up that you use for purchasing on the Sprayer Depot website. This will ensure the points you earn are correctly attributed to your orders and loyalty rewards account.

How is the loyalty program structured?

There are 4 tiers based on the customer's annual spend at Sprayer Depot. Higher tiers enjoy more benefits and rewards.

How do I earn loyalty points?

Every dollar spent online (when logged into the loyalty account) contributes to your loyalty points balanced. You can also earn rewards points by completing the following activities.

Orders placed over the phone or through email are not eligible to earn loyalty points. 

How do I access my loyalty account?

You can access your loyalty account through the Loyalty Rewards page on the website. You can also find this link at the bottom of every page under the Customer Service column.

How quickly after making a purchase are my rewards available for use?

Once you make an online purchase, the points earned will show as "pending" for 14 days before you are able to use them on future orders. After the 14-day mark, the points become fully usable and redeemable.

How do I use loyalty points that are about to expire?

You can use expiring points during online checkout to take money off your online order (up to $10). Continue to "How do I use my loyalty points at check"? to learn how to apply the points during online checkout. 

You can also "cash" rewards in for money off vouchers. Depending on which tier you are in, you have access to different rewards in varying values. Your specific reward vouchers available are shown in your loyalty account dashboard.

Loyalty rewards cannot be redeemed on phone or email orders.

How do I use my loyalty points at checkout?

To apply points to an online order during checkout, you need to sign in at checkout with the same account that your rewards are assigned to (use the same email address as where the rewards expiration notification email was sent).  Once signed in, use the slider bar in the cart to use all or some of the points available.

Loyalty rewards cannot be redeemed on phone or email orders.
