Sprayer needs and configurations can be very specific and widely varied among users. Not all sprayers are the right fit - literally and figuratively! We've recently expanded our Kings Sprayers modular sprayers line. Modulars aren't limited by one large frame, and instead components are placed on their own individual frames, making it possible to fit everything into the space you have like a puzzle. This greatly increases the flexibility of the sprayer, and allows for different types of spraying by swapping out modules. The configuration is only limited by the footprint available!
Ideal for Lawn Care & Pest Control Spraying
The modular sprayer concept is great for lawn care and pest control spraying. The configuration allows users to spray multiple chemicals for different applications using the same truck, or utilize multiple workers spraying at the same time. This goes a long way in increasing productivity and efficiency, without limiting other uses of the truck. Once spraying is done, the modules are easily removed, and the truck used in other ways.

Here are examples of some of the latest modular sprayers built at Sprayer Depot under the Kings Sprayers brand. These units can use either poly or fiberglass tanks, and any combination of reels pumps, engines, spray guns and wands. Directional valves or valve banks are also available.
Kings Modular 600 Gallon Skid
- Kings Modular 600 Gallon (400/200) Fiberglass Skid with Dual Pump Engines, Dual Electric Hose Reels with Guides and Deep Cycle Battery Kit
- Pump/engines are Honda GX390 Electric Start with UDOR KAPPA-75/GR (DELTA-75/GR) and Honda GX160 Electric Start with KAPPA-55/GR-5
- Hose Reels are Dual Hannay E1530-17-18 with C Roller Guides
- Pressure Regulators & Electric Start Box for Engines are relocated to under hose reels for ease of use
Kings Modular 100/50/25 Gallon Tripple Tank Sprayer
- Kings Modular 100/50/25 Gallon Triple Tank Sprayer with Dual Pump Engines, Dual Electric Hose Reels with Guides and Deep Cycle Battery Kit as well as 12V Pump for 25 Gallon Tank with Wand & Hose
- Dual Honda GX160 Electric Start with Hypro D30GRGI and a SHURflo 8000-543-236 12V Pump
- Dual Hannay E1520-17-18 Hose Reels with C Roller Guides
- Skid on the right has a 100 Gallon Tank with Dual Hose Reels Stacked. Skid on the left has a 50 Gallon Tank with a 25 Gallon Tank mounted on top and Dual Pump/Engines Stacked in Front. Each skid has it's own deep cycle battery.
