Formalizing the Proven Process and putting it down on paper is a key foundation building block for success. At Sprayer Depot, we have put a great amount of thought and effort into formalizing our Proven Process in an effort to create the best Customer Journey possible. Customer Journey
The Customer's Journey is important to us. We understand that time is money, and when our customers experience downtime due to broken or faulty equipment, it's a direct hit to their profitability. This is why we put so much effort into the shortest customer journey, and fastest shipping options possible.
Our goal is to deliver orders to the customers' doorsteps within two business days (within the 48 contiguous states). We recently added a second distribution facility in Arizona, moving us towards greater coverage of the United States and shorter shipping times for customers west of the Mississippi.Â
Customers can expect to their purchase journey to take an average of 3 days. In many cases, it is shorter. Most standard orders placed by 5pm (ET) are shipped out the same day the order is placed. This is an uncommon practice, with many retailers still taking 24 hours or more to process and fulfill orders. The last thing you have is time to wait for someone to pick an item off the warehouse shelves and box it up!
