Understanding Sprayer Depot's Warranty Process

When purchasing from Sprayer Depot, it's essential to understand the warranty process to ensure you receive the best possible support for your equipment.

Sprayer Depot is one of the largest retailers of professional spray equipment, parts and accessories. We only manufacture the Kings Sprayers lines of products, and can only make warranty decisions related to the Kings Sprayers lines. The other 35+ brands available are "resell lines", meaning we buy direct from the manufacturers and resell them to our customers. We understand the impact a faulty product can have on your business and our processes are intended to keep downtime to a minimum. Once we have the required information on the warranty form we will get to work on your behalf. The warranty status of these products is solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. We rely on these brands' expert knowledge of their products to best support our customers' needs around issues that may arise.

Here’s a detailed breakdown of how the warranty process works:

Manufacturer's Warranty

All items sold by Sprayer Depot are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. If you encounter an issue with a product, the original manufacturer, not Sprayer Depot, will determine if the item is defective and eligible for repair or replacement. The only products that Sprayer Depot can evaluate for warranty claims are the Kings Sprayers lines. Monetary refunds are not available through the warranty process.

Warranty Claim Process

We are happy to help facilitate the warranty claim process. To do this, we ask that you follow the steps outlined below so that we may expedite the process and work towards a favorable outcome in your claim.

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Do NOT Disassemble or Remove the Product Before Taking Pictures/Videos: The most important first step is to take pictures of all angles of the product installed or in use. Even if the issue is internal, and it can't be seen from the outside, the original manufacturers all require pictures of the products installed/connected/attached. The more pictures (and videos), the easier it is to evaluate the claim. *If the issue is with a pump, include pictures of suction, bypass, and agitation plumbing.
  2. Complete the Warranty Request Form: Available on our website here.
  3. Provide Detailed Information: In addition to including pictures of all visible angles of the faulty part, even if there is no visible damage, please include a thorough explanation of the problem. 
  4. Submit the Form: Once your form is submitted, our team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends).

Processing Time

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the manufacturer to process the warranty claim. This period begins once we have received your completed warranty request form with all applicable pictures.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping/freight charges when sending back products for warranty claims. Initial order shipping charges are not credited.

Manufacturer's Decision

The original manufacturer has the final say on all warranty claims. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. However, if the manufacturer determines the issue was caused by improper use or installation, the claim will be denied.

Important Notes

  • All warranty issues must follow the proper process, allowing the manufacturer adequate time to evaluate and process the request.
  • Simply challenging the credit/debit card charge will trigger an investigation by the credit card company, and Sprayer Depot will deny all chargeback requests that attempt to circumvent the warranty process.
  • By purchasing from Sprayer Depot, you agree to adhere to the warranty process set forth in our policies.
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly. We will work with you to find an acceptable solution that is mutually beneficial. However, Sprayer Depot will deny all chargeback requests that originate from buyer errors or do not follow the warranty or return processes.
