Warranty Request Form

If you feel your product is not working properly, through no fault of your own, please complete this warranty request form. Our team will evaluate your submission and respond within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday through Friday, weekends excluded). All items sold from Sprayer Depot® are subject to the warranty of the manufacturer of the merchandise. Please allow 2-3 weeks for warranty claims to be processed by the manufacturer (this clock starts after our team has your completed warranty request form).

Important Instructions

• Please include any pictures of parts and equipment experiencing issues. Even if there appears to be "no visible" damage or problems, please send pictures as we will be required to provide these to the manufacturer.
• If a PUMP is the problem, please provide pictures of SUCTION, BYPASS, and AGITATION PLUMBING.
• The return shipping cost to send the product back to Sprayer Depot is NOT covered.
• All warranties are subject to the manufacturer's discretion. Sprayer Depot is a reseller and an advocate on your behalf, but we do not have the final say on warranty claims. We will do our best to support you in your claim.

What is the BRAND and NAME of the product? If multiple products, please submit separate warranty request forms for each additional product.
