The Hypro DBA110 Diaphragm Pump is a high-pressure, heavy-duty pump with aluminum heads. The design includes external manifolds which increases the speed of regular maintenance because you do not have to dismantle the unit to access the valves or diaphragms. The durable and reliable pump handles various chemicals, making it useful for various construction, agricultural, horticultural, and industrial spraying applications.

Heavy-duty, high pressure diaphragm pumps. These industrial-built pumps are designed to handle all of your high pressure and volume diaphragm pump needs with minimal maintenance required. Their innovative, external manifold design allows for normal servicing to be done from one side of the pump, thereby eliminating the need for dismounting. These pumps are excellent for chemical spraying where higher pressures are desired, such as insecticide spraying, air blast and tall tree sprayers. They also work great for high pressure cleaning and disinfecting applications, such as poultry house cleaners. Features: ¥ Innovative external manifold design allows for easy replacement, when required. (Competitive units require replacement of the entire pump body when the manifold wears out.) ¥ Die-cast aluminum pump body is stronger and lighter than competitive sand-cast designs. ¥ Heavy-duty mounting brackets are rigidly fixed to the frame to better absorb axial thrust loads. ¥ Oversized shaft bearings and connecting rod bearings result in a longer life under heavy loads. ¥ Large oil reservoir passages in the crankcase allow easier oil filling. ¥ The double manifold features a drain plug to protect your pump against freezing.
