The external manifold design of the Hypro DBA160 Diaphragm Pump makes maintenance easy, though you won't need to replace or repair parts frequently since this pump is built to handle high volume and pressure. Some applications where this pump works well include chemical sprays like insecticide. The high pressure achieved by this pump also makes it great for cleaning and disinfecting.

Their innovative, external manifold design allows for normal servicing to be done from one side of the pump, thereby eliminating the need for dismounting. These pumps are excellent for chemical spraying where higher pressures are desired, such as insecticide spraying, air blast and tall tree sprayers. They also work great for high pressure cleaning and disinfecting applications, such as poultry house cleaners.
