If the oil in your Hypro D50 pump has lost its color, becoming a gray, milky substance then it's time to rebuild your diaphragm. The D50 repair kit has all the essential components required for a full diaphragm replacement, including four new check valve o-rings, two Desmopan piston diaphragms and the accumulator diaphragm. Each component is designed to be compatible with your Hypro D50 agricultural pump.

Hypro/Pentair is no longer distributing the 9910 series of diaphragm pumps, components, and related parts. Products with Hypro labeling will be unavailable soon.

The Hypro D50 Diaphragm Repair Kit (9910-KIT1725) will provide repairs for the diaphragms on your Hypro D50 pump. If the oil in your diaphragm pump has a milky grey color, you most likely will need to replace the diaphragms. Running a diaphragm pump with oil that is mixed with chemical can cause extensive damage to your pump. Keep this kit handy if your D50 is in constant use. We recommend changing the diaphragms every 3 months or 500 hours of use.
