If your pump isn't drawing any water in or the flow is irregular you may have a check valve issue. The springs can become corroded and gummed up or it is possible the valve seats are pitted. The 9910-KIT1987 will replace all four check valve assemblies as well as the o-rings to create a seal to have your pump back up and running.

The 9910-KIT1987 is the standard check valve repair kit for the Hypro D503 diaphragm pump. The kit Includes a full set of check valve assemblies and the o-rings for the seat of the valve. If your pump is not drawing water or the flow is irregular your valves may need to be replaced. If your pump is in constant use, we recommend changing these parts out every 3 months or 500 hours of operation.
